In accordance with our obligations, a risk assessment is available for this regular excursion on request.
What to bring
Your child should be dressed in clothing that can be worn during exercise on a warm day this should include a hat. They’ll need swimmers and a towel for the pool. If your active gamer wishes to bring their own gaming equipment (headphones, controllers, etc) they can do so at their own risk. We suggest that they are clearly labelled with a name to avoid them getting misplaced or lost. Water is readily available but we recommend that you also pack a water bottle.
What not to bring
Please do not bring any foods that contain nuts.
In line with popular gaming trends, we provide a live stream of our large projector games and a participant view. By using the private link to our youtube channel, parents can see what is happening in the main gaming room live. Active gamers are also able to re-live their best in-game moves later on. We will send out a link to the private stream in the early part of the week via email when it is live. If you find you are not receiving any of these emails please also check your spam folder.
