If you are planning to claim the child care subsidy we require a complying written agreement (CWA).
It basically confirms you are placing your Active Gamer in child care and is one of the anti-fraud measure the government has in place.
Once the CWA has been submitted you will see a notice in your MyGov portal that will require your approval.
Parent / Guardian One:
This CWA relates to Active Gamer listed below.
Complying Written Agreement
If you are planning to apply for the Child Care Subsidy we need to you read and approve a CWA (complying written agreement).
A CWA is an agreement between the Childcare Centre service provider (Active Gamers) and a parent or guardian (you), to provide childcare in exchange for fees. A CWA fulfils two primary objectives: A child is taken to have begun enrolment when an approved care provider and parent or guardian enter into a complying written agreement (CWA), and For a care session and eligibility for CCS, a parent or guardian must have incurred an expense payable for the session under a CWA.
Your enrolment is complete.
We will be in touch shortly.
