Cancellations and Absences

But to save you some time, here is the important part:

Bookings may be altered or cancelled up until the Friday prior to the week of the date booked, without incurring a fee. After this date, any cancellations will be marked as an absence and will be charged at the regular daily fee less CCS if the service and child is approved for CCS. Changes to booking dates may be approved at no charge at the discretion of the administrative manager if spaces on the desired dates are available.

In short, when you book a space on a particular day – we guarantee that there will be space for your child on that day. We ensure that we have enough educators, trainers, hardware, seating, lunch, snacks etc to cater for your child on that day. All of this comes at a cost which we incur even if you are unable to attend. This is why we charge the fee for short notice cancellations and absences.
